進(jìn)口羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)為容積式風(fēng)機(jī)，輸送的風(fēng)量與轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)成比例，三葉型葉輪每轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一次由2個(gè)葉輪進(jìn)行3次吸、排氣，與二葉型相比，氣體脈動(dòng)變少，負(fù)荷變化小，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，噪聲低，振動(dòng)也小。在2根平相行的軸上設(shè)有2個(gè)三葉型葉輪，輪與橢圓形機(jī)箱內(nèi)孔面及各葉輪三者之間始終保持微小的間隙，由于葉輪互為反方向勻速旋轉(zhuǎn)，使箱體和葉輪所包圍著的一定量的氣體由吸入的一側(cè)輸送到排出的一側(cè)。各支葉輪始終由同步齒輪保持正確的相位，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)互相碰觸現(xiàn)象，因而可以高速化，不需要內(nèi)部潤(rùn)滑，而且結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，性能穩(wěn)定，適應(yīng)多種用途，已運(yùn)用于廣泛的領(lǐng)域。

進(jìn)口羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子檢修的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求如下：
1、轉(zhuǎn)子不應(yīng)有砂眼、氣孔等缺陷。
2、轉(zhuǎn)子組裝時(shí)兩端軸頸的平行度偏差應(yīng)不大于0.02mm，兩端面與墻板的平行度偏差應(yīng)不大于0.05 mm。當(dāng)風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)出口方向和主軸位置不變時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)子壓力角間隙應(yīng)在轉(zhuǎn)子水平線成45°角兩個(gè)位置上調(diào)整。不同型號(hào)的風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子各部間隙不同。
3、轉(zhuǎn)子應(yīng)進(jìn)行動(dòng)靜平衡校驗(yàn)。
4、軸與轉(zhuǎn)子垂直度公差應(yīng)不大于0.05 mm。

1、輸送介質(zhì)的進(jìn)汽溫度通常不得大于 40℃。
2、介質(zhì)中微粒的含量不得超過 100mg/m3，微粒*尺寸不得超過最小工作間隙的一半。

1) 電源電壓、運(yùn)行電流值、頻率;
2) 吐出壓力;
3) 大氣溫度、吐出溫度、軸承部溫度;
4) 振動(dòng)、噪音;
5) 潤(rùn)滑油位、油臟污情況等。
2、KAYSEN羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)流量調(diào)整方法：
流量大小不能通過開關(guān)閥門來調(diào)整。錦工羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)是容積型壓縮機(jī)。關(guān)閉閥門，壓力上升，錦工羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，易被燒壞。故出口管道的閥門必須完全打開。只能通過調(diào)整頻率來改變轉(zhuǎn)速?gòu)亩淖兞髁亢洼S功率或增設(shè)溢流管道來調(diào)整流量。

●起動(dòng)前的準(zhǔn)備：
檢查各部位緊固情況，檢查進(jìn)、排氣管和機(jī)組在基礎(chǔ)上的安裝質(zhì)量。
按照電動(dòng)機(jī)銘牌要求接通電源，確認(rèn)電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向正確后再與鼓風(fēng)機(jī)接通，鼓風(fēng)機(jī)嚴(yán)禁反轉(zhuǎn)，電動(dòng)機(jī)功率≥22KW時(shí)，應(yīng)采用降壓?jiǎn)?dòng)裝置。
向軸承油箱和齒輪油箱內(nèi)加入潤(rùn)滑油，油量應(yīng)加到圓形油標(biāo)的中線。
全部打開進(jìn)排氣管道上閥門，用手盤動(dòng)鼓風(fēng)機(jī)主動(dòng)軸，應(yīng)靈活無(wú)阻滯，仔細(xì)傾聽有無(wú)不正常響聲。
●空負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)：
空負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是指鼓風(fēng)機(jī)在進(jìn)排氣口閥門全部打開情況下進(jìn)行的試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，新安裝或大修后的鼓風(fēng)機(jī)都應(yīng)該空負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，持續(xù)時(shí)間不少于30分鐘，(排氣出口可采用放空裝置)，靠近風(fēng)機(jī)出口處，一定要安裝放空閥，風(fēng)機(jī)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，慢慢關(guān)掉放空閥，請(qǐng)按銘牌上的壓力使用，嚴(yán)禁超壓使用。
試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)應(yīng)注意鼓風(fēng)機(jī)有無(wú)不正常的撞擊、摩擦等響聲，各部位不允許有過高的溫度，不正常的氣味或冒煙現(xiàn)象，還應(yīng)檢查軸承處振動(dòng)是否正常，如有上述現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)，查明原因，排除故障。
●正常帶負(fù)荷持續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)：
經(jīng)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)良好的機(jī)組，方可帶負(fù)荷持續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，此時(shí)逐步緩慢地調(diào)節(jié)閥門，直到滿負(fù)荷，切不可一次突然升壓到滿負(fù)荷，也不允許超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，以免損壞機(jī)組。
正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)油箱內(nèi)用普通機(jī)油潤(rùn)滑時(shí)，機(jī)油溫度一般不應(yīng)高于65C°。軸承部位在X、Y、Z三個(gè)方向的振動(dòng)速度均方根值(有效值)應(yīng)不大于11.2mm/S。
Precautions for using roots fans
●Preparation before starting:
Check the tightening of each part, and check the installation quality of the intake and exhaust pipes and the unit on the foundation.
Connect the power supply according to the motor nameplate, and confirm that the motor is turning correctly before connecting it to the blower. The blower is strictly prohibited to reverse. When the motor power is ≥ 22KW, a step-down starting device should be used.
Add lubricating oil to the bearing oil tank and gear oil tank, and the oil volume should be added to the center line of the round oil gauge.
Fully open the valves on the inlet and exhaust pipes, and move the active shaft of the blower by hand. It should be flexible and non-blocking. Listen carefully for abnormal sounds.
● No-load test run:
No-load test run refers to the test run of the blower with all the inlet and exhaust valves open. Newly installed or overhauled blowers should be run at no load for a duration of not less than 30 minutes. (Exhaust outlets can be used Vent device), near the fan outlet, be sure to install a vent valve. After the fan is commissioned, slowly turn off the vent valve. Use it according to the pressure on the nameplate. Overpressure is strictly prohibited.
During the test run, pay attention to the blower for abnormal impact, friction and other sounds. Excessive temperature, abnormal odor or smoke should not be allowed in each part. Also check whether the vibration at the bearing is normal. Shut down immediately, find out the cause, and troubleshoot.
●Continuous operation under normal load:
Only after the well-tested unit can continue to run with load, at this time slowly adjust the valve until it is fully loaded. Never suddenly increase the pressure to full load at one time, and do not allow overload operation to avoid damage to the unit.
When the oil tank is lubricated with ordinary oil during normal operation, the oil temperature should generally not be higher than 65C °. The root-mean-square value (effective value) of the vibration velocity of the bearing part in the three directions of X, Y and Z should not be greater than 11.2mm / S.
