高壓羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)一般為水冷型羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)或雙郵箱羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)，羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)為容積式風(fēng)機(jī)，輸送的風(fēng)量與轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)成比例，三葉型葉輪每轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一次由 2 個(gè)葉輪進(jìn)行 3 次吸、排氣。與二葉型相比，氣體脈動(dòng)性小，振動(dòng)也小，噪聲低。風(fēng)機(jī) 2 根軸上的葉輪與橢圓形殼體內(nèi)孔面，葉輪端面和風(fēng)機(jī)前后端蓋之間及風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪之間者始終保持微小的間隙，在同步齒輪的帶動(dòng)下風(fēng)從風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)風(fēng)口沿殼體內(nèi)壁輸送到排出的一側(cè)。風(fēng)機(jī)內(nèi)腔不需要潤(rùn)滑油，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，性能穩(wěn)定，適應(yīng)多種用途，已運(yùn)用于廣泛的領(lǐng)域。

The superiority of efficiency leads to reduction of the heat from the blower itself,and therefore,reduction of the temperature elevation,and thus the operation of blower in dry condition has become practical at the discharge pressure as low as 0.8kgf/cm2.
Roots Type rotary Blowers Features
1 JGR-HB three-lobe blowers needn’t water coolant within 80kpa boost pressure.
2 the helical construction uses the stator helical method that the screen lines of casing at the suction and discharge sides are cut to a helical shape,and the triangle suction and discharge port formed by a straight line of the rotor top is to be opened and closed gradually.
Therefore,the suction and discharge ports of this type is not opened or closed at momnets,which makes these blowers have an only limited operation suound and almost free from pulsations from discharge.
3 The rotors are ghree-lobe straight type,so that the rotors cannot interfere with each other,resulting from minor displacements in the trust direction as in the helical type.Therefore,the clearance between the rotors should be assured in the profile direction only and thus there is no necessity of an excessive clearance on account of displacements in the thrust direction as in case of the rotor helical type.From such reasons,these blowers hav e a very high efficiency,in comparison with the rotor helical type of same dimensions.
4 By adoption of an unique profile of rotor,the clearance between the rotors can be held to be constant,which makes the efficiency even higher.
5 The precision of rotors if fully controlled and variation of precision between blowers is almost nil because the rotors are produced under the mass production control by utilizing a premision NC maching.In addition,the rotors are dynamically balanced in the fabrication stage already,so that these rotors are almost free from vibrations as in the case of conventional rotors which are still unbalanced.
6 The advancedest driving gears are adopted not only to extend the use life but also to make noise lower.The gears are made in special Cr-M.steel by hardening treatment and are made according with gear precision of JIS first-class.Therefore,the harmful disturbances to products from gears are avoided.
7 The transported air is clean and any oil-dust free oil lubrication is not needed in casing and the structure design present the bearing oil and gear ooil from entering the casing.

一、概述

三、工作原理
兩個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子在氣缸內(nèi)作同速反向運(yùn)動(dòng)，推動(dòng)氣流由一側(cè)移動(dòng)至另一側(cè)。高速氣流移到排氣口附近與排氣口相連通的瞬時(shí)，因有較高壓力的氣體回流，這時(shí)工作容積中的壓力突然升高，并將氣體輸送外出。

1、搬運(yùn)風(fēng)機(jī)時(shí)請(qǐng)?zhí)貏e注意安全，要避免風(fēng)機(jī)受，且不能把風(fēng)機(jī)立起來(lái)搬運(yùn)，以防止?jié)櫥蛷挠拖鋬?nèi)倒出來(lái)。
2、風(fēng)機(jī)房應(yīng)留有通風(fēng)口并安裝換氣扇，通風(fēng)口要設(shè)在上下兩處便于空氣對(duì)流，以防止機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)溫度過(guò)高影響風(fēng)機(jī)正常運(yùn)行。
3、機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)壁周圍最好裝有消音材料以降低噪音。
4、高壓羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)（應(yīng)水平安裝。
5、配氣管徑不應(yīng)小于風(fēng)機(jī)排風(fēng)口徑，并注意管內(nèi)清潔，送氣管應(yīng)安裝在水面以上，以防止管內(nèi)進(jìn)水造成起。
6、接管時(shí)注意不要把止回閥擰倒（止回閥凸起部分應(yīng)朝上）。
7、請(qǐng)正確接配電線并注意電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向與風(fēng)機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向標(biāo)記一致。
8、采用二臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)交替運(yùn)行時(shí)，應(yīng)避免在短時(shí)間內(nèi)頻繁交換起希望一臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)的連續(xù)運(yùn)行時(shí)間不低于12小時(shí)。
?。ǘ┰囘\(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)
1、檢查油箱內(nèi)的機(jī)油是否達(dá)標(biāo)。
2、起（油量應(yīng)高于出油孔位置），往主機(jī)內(nèi)倒入30ml左右機(jī)油，使機(jī)油均（用手轉(zhuǎn)幾圈）。
3、檢查 V型皮帶的松緊度是否合適，如太松請(qǐng)調(diào)整。
4、檢查安全閥是否設(shè)定在指定的壓，如工作壓0.3kgf/cm2；安全閥開啟壓0.3kgf/c㎡。在試運(yùn)行時(shí)，可手排氣閥升壓，調(diào)整安全閥使之恰好開啟（該壓1.1倍）。
5、接通電源起，請(qǐng)注意下列各項(xiàng)：
a、風(fēng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)向是否與轉(zhuǎn)向標(biāo)記指示方向一致，如不一致要立即停機(jī)調(diào)整電機(jī)接線。
b、觀察壓
（污水處理槽內(nèi)必須裝滿水后才能運(yùn)行風(fēng)機(jī)，否則風(fēng)機(jī)排氣口無(wú)壓，則風(fēng)機(jī)沒(méi)有潤(rùn)滑）。
C、觀察滴油嘴有無(wú)機(jī)油滴出（12-15 滴/分鐘），并觀察透明回油管內(nèi)是否有機(jī)油流 。
6、檢查電機(jī)及風(fēng)機(jī)各部運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，溫度是否正常，是否有異常聲音。
六、風(fēng)機(jī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)要點(diǎn)
1、潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的檢查
a、日常檢查油箱內(nèi)的儲(chǔ)油量是否低于最低油位，如機(jī)油不足請(qǐng)?zhí)砑印?/p>
b、日常檢查機(jī)油是否混入水份等污物而變質(zhì)，如變質(zhì)請(qǐng)及時(shí)更換機(jī)油。
c、日常清洗油過(guò)濾器。
d、日常檢查滴油嘴的滴油狀況是否正常，如滴油嘴臟了可卸下調(diào)整螺釘清洗。
2、空氣濾清器的檢查
日常檢查空氣濾清器是否臟了，如臟了可卸下空氣濾清器，旋開蝶型螺母，拿開蓋子，清洗過(guò)濾海綿。
3、三角帶的檢查
風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間后，三角帶會(huì)伸長(zhǎng)，這時(shí)要將電機(jī)的固定螺栓松開，移，拉緊三角帶位置后再將電機(jī)固定螺栓緊住，并注意電機(jī)皮帶輪和風(fēng)機(jī)皮帶輪的端面要在同一平面上，同時(shí)檢查一下兩皮帶輪的頂緊螺絲是否松掉，如松了請(qǐng)緊住。
4、日常檢查安全閥的靈活狀況，如不靈活請(qǐng)清洗調(diào)試以保證可靠的啟閉。
5、日常檢查有無(wú)漏油、漏氣的部位并修理之，如不能修理請(qǐng)立知生產(chǎn)廠商。
6、日常清理風(fēng)機(jī)房，保持清潔，通風(fēng)良好。
7、經(jīng)常檢查風(fēng)機(jī)及電機(jī)的運(yùn)行狀況，如發(fā)現(xiàn)噪音、溫度不正常時(shí)要及時(shí)停機(jī)檢修。
