1、羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)型號(hào)
風(fēng)機(jī)的型號(hào)是每個(gè)廠家根據(jù)自己的品牌而制定的，如上圖左側(cè)的型號(hào)一欄有型號(hào)：錦工50、錦工65等，這些為風(fēng)機(jī)的具體型號(hào)，每個(gè)廠家所命名的型號(hào)名稱不同，但是50、65指的都是一個(gè)意思，就是羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的口徑大小。
2、口徑
上圖中型號(hào)右側(cè)一欄為口徑，也是上面我提及到的，我們可以看出口徑大小與型號(hào)的尾數(shù)數(shù)字相同，我們?cè)谶x型的時(shí)候，有時(shí)廠家說的50A、50B，同為50口徑，但有一定的差別。
3、轉(zhuǎn)速
風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速，此為相應(yīng)型號(hào)下的羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)在每分鐘內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的圈數(shù)，受電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速、皮帶輪大小的影響。
4、電機(jī)功率
在選型表的上面有不同的色塊，分別代表不同的電機(jī)功率，一個(gè)顏色代表一種電機(jī)功率。
5、壓力與流量

由于采用了三葉轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)形式及合理的殼體內(nèi)進(jìn)出風(fēng)口處的結(jié)構(gòu)，所以風(fēng)機(jī)振動(dòng)小，噪聲低。
葉輪和軸為整體結(jié)構(gòu)且葉輪無磨損，風(fēng)機(jī)性能持久不變，可以長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
風(fēng)機(jī)容積利用率大，容積效率高，且結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，安裝方式靈活多變。
機(jī)種齊全，可滿足不同用戶不同用途的需要。
羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行條件
1、輸送介質(zhì)的進(jìn)汽溫度通常不得大于 40℃。
2、介質(zhì)中微粒的含量不得超過 100mg/m3，微粒大尺寸不得超過小工作間隙的一半。
3、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中軸承溫度不得高于 95℃，潤(rùn)滑油溫度不高于 65℃。
4、使用壓力不得高于銘牌上規(guī)定的升壓范圍。
5、羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪與機(jī)殼、葉輪與側(cè)板、葉輪與葉輪間隙在出廠時(shí)已調(diào)好，重新裝配時(shí)要保證該間隙。
6、羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)，主油箱、副油箱油位必須在油位計(jì)兩條紅線之間。
7、檢查進(jìn)出口聯(lián)接部位有無忘記緊固的地方，配管的支承件是否完備。需用冷卻水的鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、真空泵要檢查冷卻水的安裝是否符合要求。
高壓水冷羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)降低能耗的方法：
1、選擇合理的安裝位置，減少?gòu)濐^，使出水口正對(duì)著水池。
2、縮短管路。
3、擴(kuò)大出水管徑。
4、在進(jìn)水可以保持清潔的情況下，可以去掉濾網(wǎng)。
5、調(diào)整軸向間隙，防止葉輪口環(huán)和軸向間隙的不恰當(dāng)，使用的時(shí)候根據(jù)水泵的出廠說明進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
6、及時(shí)清除管道堵塞物。清除留在進(jìn)水管、葉輪或者導(dǎo)流殼流道里面的異物。
7、防止水泵進(jìn)氣。水泵如果進(jìn)了空氣，出水量就會(huì)減少，需要對(duì)各個(gè)密封部件進(jìn)行檢查維護(hù)。
